This weekend I took a decorating class with Susan Carberry. It took over 9 hours to decorate this cake but it was well worth it. I think it turned out wounderful. The animals (all nine of them) are hand molded and resting on a trunk, crate and chest.

In my opinion cake design for boys are difficult to come up with which is why I love the look of this cake. It was made with 2 layers of a ¼ sheet pan and carved on one side to make the sleeves. Three tier, fondant covered, Baby Shower cake, made for the daughter of a friend. The pregnant lady is made out of fondant inspired by the designs made at the Pink Cake Box. The design on the side of the cake is rolled fondant steams with cut out daisy at the end.
